Processing Times
- All orders are hand-assembled and undergo quality checks before shipping.
- Processing Time: 8-14 business days. For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take up to 10–16 business days.
- We’ll notify you via email when your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer a range of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited delivery. Costs are calculated based on location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $150.
- Expedited shipping options may incur additional fees.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries—additional fees and delivery times apply.
- Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- We take great care in packaging your items, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued after the investigation is complete.
Returns on Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
