Karsten River X Central Machine Works (50% Deposit)

Karsten River Studio will design and fabricate 20 custom pendant light fixtures for Central Machine Works. The collection will feature unique sizes ranging from 16" to 25" in diameter, distributed in various shapes and finishes selected in collaboration with the client.

All pendants will be 3D printed using high-strength, sustainable outdoor-rated material and finished with professional-grade wiring, sockets, and mounting hardware suitable for commercial indoor/outdoor use.

Scope of Work

• Custom digital modeling of 5 core pendant shapes
• Artistic variation based on the client’s preferred aesthetic
• 3D printing and post-processing of each pendant
• Integration of light sockets and wiring
• Coordination on top fixture (black metal, waterproof outdoor rated)
• Packaging and delivery to client site

Timeline

• Design Finalization: Within 1 week of deposit and shape approval
• Fabrication & Assembly: 6-8 weeks from design approval
• Estimated Completion: July 01, 2025

Warranty & Notes

• Fixtures are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months
• Designed for standard E26 LED bulb sockets (bulbs not included unless specified)
• Fixtures ship fully assembled and ready for licensed electrician installation
